Struggling with sleep issues?

The current situation has led to many of our young people having issues with sleep. Sleep is important for our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.  In order to support parents with this issue the Lochside  Sleep Counsellors have produced (under lockdown conditions) a short video, which we hope you find useful if your child is struggling with sleep issues.  Parents can also find helpful advice and support on the Sleep Scotland website which is displayed at the end of the video.
